Two-storey house with the living room facing east and the bedroom wing set back, which gave two acoustically separate areas without a single extra wall. The sound covers five zones — living room, kitchen, main suite, study and the porch — with speakers built into the ceiling.
The home cinema is the living room itself, with a large-format television, front channels in a bar and a subwoofer inside the cabinet. The automation handles the scene lighting, the blinds and the climate control floor by floor. The security brings together an alarm, video entry and an electronic lock on the main door.
