House with the living areas in a single double-height volume, where everything technical had to disappear so as not to compete with the glazing. The sound is spread across six indoor zones and two outdoor ones, and the living room speakers are flush-mounted, with the grille level with the plaster.
The home cinema is in the living room, with a TV lift that draws the television down into the cabinet when it is not in use, and a bioethanol fireplace on the same wall. The automation controls lighting, blinds and temperature by scene. The security covers the house and the gate, with an alarm and video surveillance.
