Terraced house, narrow and deep, with few walls available and an internal courtyard halfway along. The sound was solved with four zones and wide-dispersion ceiling speakers, because the free walls were the ones shared with the neighbours.
The home cinema takes the ground-floor living room, with short-throw projection onto the blank wall and five channels built in. The automation handles the lighting, the shading over the courtyard and the heating. The security has an alarm, video surveillance in the courtyard and access control on the street door.
