Contemporary house with an accessible roof terrace and the whole daytime area glazed to the west. The sound covers four indoor zones and the roof, which takes outdoor speakers built to withstand direct exposure.
The home cinema has a room of its own in the basement, with acoustic treatment and seven channels. The automation does the most work here: shading sized for the west facade, scene lighting and climate control by zone. The security brings together an alarm, smoke and flood detection, and video surveillance around the perimeter.
