Three-storey house on a sloping plot, with the entrance at the middle level. Each floor is an independent sound zone, because no two adjoining rooms sit at the same height, and the porch is the sixth.
The home cinema takes the lower floor, the only one without natural light, with projection and nine channels. The automation controls lighting, blinds, climate and the garden irrigation. The security covers the three levels and both entrances to the plot, with video surveillance and perimeter detection.
