Open-plan offices with glazed meeting rooms in the middle, where privacy and acoustics were the same problem. The glass in the rooms is privacy glass, going from clear to opaque on command, and the ambient sound covers the three working areas with an independent level in each.
The large meeting room has video conference picture and sound integrated into the same system that runs everything else. The automation centralises lighting, blinds and climate control, with working hours programmed and a closing mode at the end of the day. The security handles access control door by door, with its own permissions and a record of entries.
