Holiday house two hundred metres from the sea, with everything outdoors in a marine-grade range. The sound has four indoor zones and two outdoor ones, at the pool and on the porch.
The home cinema is in the ground-floor living room. The automation has an away mode, which is the state the house spends most of the year in, and it handles lighting, blinds and heating. Security is the discipline most called on here: alarm, video surveillance and remote alerts.
