House built into terraces, with the floors offset from one another; each half-level is an independent sound zone, because no two adjoining rooms sit at the same height.
The home cinema takes the buried floor, the only one without natural light, with projection and nine channels. The automation handles the lighting along the outdoor paths, the blinds and the heating. The security has video surveillance across the three levels of the plot.
