House above the river with a thirty-metre glazed facade, where all four disciplines work against the same problem: the sun. The sound covers five zones, including the terrace and the wine cellar.
The home cinema has a dedicated room on the buried floor. The automation is what runs things here — shading sized for a Douro summer, climate control by zone, and temperature and humidity control in the cellar. The security covers the whole plot, which is a large one.
