Refurbishment in a listed Pombaline building, with all the infrastructure for the four areas run in surface trunking, painted the colour of the ceiling. The sound covers the living room, the open kitchen and the mezzanine.
The home cinema is projection onto the blank wall, with no fixed screen, and the channels built into the raised floor. The automation handles the lighting and the heating. The security is an alarm with video entry at the building's shared door.
