House with a heated indoor pool, where the four areas meet in the same volume. The sound was the challenge: a surface of water under a double-height ceiling gives everything back, and the answer was ceiling speakers with controlled dispersion rather than power.
The home cinema has a room of its own on the lower floor. The automation makes the lighting follow the time of day and handles dehumidifying the pool. The security covers the perimeter of the plot and the entrances.
